We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from SquaresPlatform.us. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please review the following guidelines:

Return Procedure:

1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our Customer Service team at [email protected] to initiate your return. Provide details such as the item(s) you wish to return, the order ID, reason for return, and any relevant photos (especially for quality issues).

2. Follow Return Instructions: Our service team will provide you with instructions on how to mail back your item(s).

3. Receive Refund: Once our warehouse receives and approves your returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment account or credit card within 7-15 business days.

Return Conditions:

– Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

– Items must be in new condition, unused, and include all original parts with their tags/package intact.

– Free gifts must also be returned in unused condition.

– Original shipping fees and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

Please Note:

– We do not accept returns of damaged or used items due to customer handling or usage.

– Quality issues should be reported with supporting images to [email protected].

– Returns must be coordinated with Customer Service before sending the items back.

– Refunds are typically processed within 7-15 days after we receive your returned product.

– No restocking fee required
